As the city evolved from DMO to Destination Marketing and Management Organization, Marketing Edinburgh engaged Resonance to evaluate tourism development opportunities as well as organizational structure and funding in order to optimize its role.

We undertook extensive stakeholder engagement and a Destination Assessment to evaluate perceptions, performance and opportunities. The work successfully demonstrated the importance of tourism and Marketing Edinburgh to the city, helping to protect budgets, prioritize opportunities and enhance organizational structure.
