Resonance drew on inspiration from both Discovery and Fort Worth history: both are a little bit outlaw around the edges. Discovery is an innovator and Fort Worth was a hideout for Butch Cassidy and Sundance. The development was primed to be a place of peak play for all ages, and golf was just the beginning.
We positioned the community as irreverent, adventurous and down to earth, a place to elevate your games. We named it Maverick to reflect the romance of the area’s cowboy and outlaw culture, and created an identity inspired by both the Texas start and Butch Cassidy’s own cattle brand, the Box E. The elegantly rugged symbol is at the heart of our storytelling.
