Laguna Lakelands, one of Thailand’s largest mixed-use communities, is a half-hour drive from Phuket International Airport, less than 15 minutes from the turquoise Andaman Sea, and just a stroll away from the 1,000-acre resort community of Laguna.
We named the community Laguna Lakelands to associate with the equity of Laguna and to highlight the lake, its key feature. We wanted it to be known for a combination of unexpected wildscapes and urban luxury, as an innovative blend of wellbeing-inspired, active experiences—aligned with, yet differentiated from the Banyon Group brand. We positioned Lakelands as a social, active and visionary community, a home innately Balanced by Nature.
The identity we crafted shows the active, growing energy of the natural environment at Lakelands, and the positioning of the branches symbolize the embrace of community and the wellbeing that it makes possible. An evocative and detailed video brought all the color, beauty and opportunity of the new community to life.
