Resonance was engaged to articulate the brand story, position the development and create the identity for Cypress Village. We reflected the responsible interplay between humans and the land with a smart, organic brand that’s as rugged as if it was carved from the North Shore Mountains themselves.
Our work for Cypress Village included brand guidelines, a complete website, marketing materials and construction hoarding. It also led to a mandate to update the longstanding logo of the developer, British Properties.
Our work on Cypress Village and the relationship forged with the British Properties client led to a mandate to update the developer’s longstanding logo. The result is a contemporary take on the Lion’s Gate Bridge, the developer’s first project, which dates from 1931.
