Developer Irongate engaged Resonance to create the strategy, name, brand and real estate marketing for Costa Palmas, a 1,500-acre resort development on the calm Sea of Cortez in Baja Mexico. The development includes a Four Seasons Resort and Residences ,and soon, an Aman and the independent Casa Blake.
Our proprietary Future of Luxury Travel report helped informed the positioning as an off-the-beaten-track Sea of Dreams. We named Costa Palmas, created a timeless logo and produced stunning collateral on all platforms, brought to life by bespoke design touches, cinematic photography and a playfully irreverent tone.
Since 2015, we’ve helped Costa Palmas set the bar for the East Cape with a destination that includes a yacht marina, village, resort hotels and a Robert Trent Jones II golf course.
