Resonance has worked with CMLC for nearly 15 years to help attract more than $3 billion in private sector investment and thousands of new residents to the Rivers District in downtown Calgary.
When the developer wanted to build awareness for their work among Calgarians and stakeholders, Resonance worked with the existing CMLC logo to create a campaign that graphically demonstrated what the developer adds to the city.
The Trust + Transformation campaign positions CMLC as the ‘+’ that brings vision, planning, construction, places and people together, transforming Calgary for the better. A range of ‘+’, linked CMLC’s many activities to the residents who benefited from them.
The fully-integrated campaign was brought to life across print and digital formats, with messaging and stories aimed at both the public and private sector.
