A new generation was taking the reins at the successful, family-owned Hungerford Group. The team asked Resonance to create a brand story and contemporary identity that would celebrate the firm’s storied origins and its ambitious and diversified future in real estate development.
Resonance conducted one-on-one interviews with ownership and team members to understand the dynamics and goals of both newcomers and old-timers. From there, we facilitated a workshop that brought all players together to co-author a forward-looking corporate storyline that could serve as a touchstone for all going forward.
Armed with the brand storyline, Resonance created a new corporate identity and a company handbook to help new hires understand the values, positioning and differentiators of the company. A contemporary new website efficiently and effectively presented opportunities for both residential and commercial buyers, making additions effortless for the rapidly growing firm.
