After recognizing the growing appeal of Belize, developer Thor Urbana purchased Caye Chapel, a 265-acre island off the mainland near the Belize Reef and the Great Blue Hole. Resonance was brought in at the genesis of what will eventually be developed into a private island with a private international jetway, a luxury destination resort and oceanfront residences for guests and owners seeking a unique adventure playground, sublime seclusion and extraordinary luxury.

Resonance articulated the overarching aspirations, intentions and long-term goals for the Caye Chapel development. From a positioning of A Private Island, Another World, we worked to express key messages including ‘The feeling of free’, ‘Only here, only us’, ‘A deeper discovery’ and others that communicated the character of this extraordinary offering.
With our award-winning content-creators, designers, filmmakers, photographers and digital specialists, Resonance is in the processes of planning photo shoots and developing engaging mini-documentaries with architects, designers, golf course architect Greg Norman and many others. The multi-platform stories are bringing the development’s potential to life and engaging target audiences all over the world.
Resonance is building all Caye Chapel digital properties, including interactive sales presentations, web material and master plan map. We also designed and wrote all visual assets.
Resonance is in the process of planning paid media programs, including digital advertising, paid social campaigns and email marketing.
