The Canyons Village area of Park City recently became part of a unified Park City four seasons mountain destination owned by Vail Resorts. Traditional mountain homes have long been the norm here, and now a new generation of developers are building a more contemporary vernacular. Resonance was brought on board to strategize the development and tell the story of a new era in mountain architecture, hospitality and living.
After workshops with the developer’s diverse group of architects, consultants and local salespeople, Resonance created a Development Storyline that articulated the vision of the trio of buildings that would include a hotel and residences, and helped the group decide on a hotel flag for the development.
With the hospitality brand chosen, Resonance created a marketing plan and worked with the brand to create multi-platform advertising for a planned sales rollout in the fall of 2018.
