Kukui‘ula is a multi-billion dollar club community on 1,000 acres of a former sugar cane plantation on the south shore of Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i. From 2010 – the depths of the downturn – to 2016, Resonance helped developers DMB of Scottsdale, AZ and Alexander & Baldwin of Honolulu with brand strategy and marketing.
