Kukui‘ula

Kukui‘ula is a multi-billion dollar club community on 1,000 acres of a former sugar cane plantation on the south shore of Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i. From 2010 – the depths of the downturn – to 2016, Resonance helped developers DMB of Scottsdale, AZ and Alexander & Baldwin of Honolulu with brand strategy and marketing.

We positioned Kukui‘ula as a community both sophisticated and down-to-earth – a place with working farm and championship golf course, plantation-style lodge and contemporary custom homes. Resonance was instrumental in kindling desire for Kukui‘ula amongst a new generation of wealthy island-lovers through a story that combined modern luxury with timeless truths and celebrates connections with family, culture and the glorious nature of Kaua‘i.
