33 Avenue

Canada’s most expensive residential real estate will be at Empire Communities’ new property in Toronto’s storied Yorkville neighbourhood. Resonance was engaged to create a Brand Storyline, name and strategy that will communicate the building’s unique appeals to an audience of local connoisseurs and wealthy international buyers. The property included the obligatory preservation of an historic Victorian building, which we featured in a Historically Modern positioning that drove the name as well as the logo and a multitude of marketing materials.
